Payment Calendar
Deposit 10%
of the total price
- The buyer pays a deposit of 10% of the total price of the property.
Reimbursement of 20% of the total price
- The buyer pays an additional 20% of the total price.
- If you buy the property after the building permit has been issued, 30% of the total price is paid (10% + 20%).
Reimbursement of 70% of the total price
- The remaining amount of 70% of the total price is payable upon successful completion of approval.
